- Hostel check-out time is 11:30 noon and check-in time is 13:30. (Cleaning time is 11:30 – 13:30)
- Based on Reception business hour, 08:00 ~ 22:00 in Vietnam Standard Time. Late night arrivals are welcome, please contact us in advance via emai. If you do not show up before 22:00 without informing us, we consider the guest as no show and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night in that case.
